Miracle Lashes are in a class of their own. Each lash has an ultra-thin, almost invisible 0.032mm band that’s about 40% lighter than a traditional strip lash — making them softer, more flexible, and unbelievably comfortable. They’re also pre-cut into segments and pre-mapped, so you know exactly where to place each cluster for a perfect, lifted look every time.

Yes! Miracle Lashes were designed for both beginners and pros. The pre-mapped clusters and the Bond & Seal system make placement simple and mess-free. Most customers master the technique within a few tries — and never look back!

1. Start with clean, dry natural lashes.
2. Apply a thin layer of Bond to the top side of each lash segment (the side facing you in the tray).
3. Wait 15–20 seconds until tacky, then apply each cluster under your natural lashes about 1–2mm above the waterline.
4. Once all are in place, use the Seal to remove any stickiness and lock them in.
5. Press with the Lash Presser to fuse and finish — and you’re done!

With proper care, your Miracle Lashes can last up to 10 days per application. Each cluster is designed to stay comfortably in place through sleep, showers, and daily life. When it’s time for a fresh set, simply remove, clean, and reuse them. Most customers enjoy 3–4 wears per set, and some of our team members have gone up to 6.

Absolutely! Each cluster can be reused up to 4 times with gentle cleaning and proper storage. Keep them clean, dry, and stored in their original tray to help maintain shape and curl. Many customers find they last even longer with careful handling.

Miracle Lashes are water-resistant — they’ll hold up beautifully through light showers, workouts, and daily wear. We recommend avoiding long soaks or steam exposure (like saunas or hot baths) to maximise wear time.

After removal, gently clean each cluster using the Miracle Lash Cleansing Shampoo. Let them air dry on a clean surface, then store them in their tray. Proper cleaning keeps them soft, fluffy, and reusable.

Use the Miracle Lash Remover for a gentle, damage-free removal. Apply a small amount along the lash line and let it sit for 20–30 seconds. The clusters will lift away easily without pulling or residue. Follow with our Lash Shampoo to clean and prep your natural lashes for your next set.

We offer Free Express Delivery on all South African orders over R1 000. Standard delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 1–2 business days
• Major Towns: 2–3 business days
• Outlying Areas: 3–5 business days

Same-day delivery is available in Johannesburg & Pretoria for R149 when ordered before 10 AM (weekdays only).

We want you to absolutely love your lashes — but if you’re not completely happy, returning or exchanging them is simple.

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

We’ll arrange a courier to collect your order for a R99 collection fee, and your new set will be delivered free of charge.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, and exchanges are shipped right away — so you can get back to loving your lashes, fast.

We always recommend our Miracle Lash Bond & Seal Duo for the best hold and comfort but you can use other cluster-safe, latex-free adhesives if you prefer. Results may vary.

Yes! Just avoid oil-based products near your lash line, as oils can weaken the Bond and reduce hold time. Stick to powder or water-based removers for best results.

Nope! Miracle Lashes are designed for at-home use — no salon appointments, no professional tools, and no prior experience needed. If you can apply mascara, you can apply Miracle Lashes.
