This website is operated by LHC Beauty (Pty) Ltd t/a Miracle Lash (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing from miraclelash.co.za, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, governed by South African law.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not for any fraudulent, unlawful or harmful purpose. All content—including images, product names, text and logos—is owned by or licensed to Miracle Lash and may not be copied without permission.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing or availability at any time. While we do our best to ensure accuracy, occasional errors may occur, and we may correct or cancel orders affected by such errors.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. Accepted payment options are listed in our Payment & Security Policy. Payments are processed securely by third-party gateways (Stitch, PayJustNow, PayFlex and others). We do not store card information on our servers.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available throughout South Africa. Standard delivery times are 1–2 business days in major cities, 2–3 days in towns and 3–5 days in outlying areas. For full details, refer to our Delivery Policy.

5. Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return courier costs. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials on this site—including product names, images, designs and text—are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify them without written consent from Miracle Lash.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to provide accurate product information, Miracle Lash is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Your use of our products is at your own discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved by South African courts with jurisdiction in Johannesburg.
